Religious Education

I have worked in the field of Religious Education since June of 2024. I am a certified O.W.L. Facilitator. I am passionate about teaching children the skills they need to make informed decisions for themselves.

Layla Phoenix Waters

I am an artist and educator. I specialize in the strange and unusual, and shine light places of darkness. I am passionate about human rights, educating people of all ages to empower them, and I am passionate about building community. I love to learn, I love to make things with my hands, I love connecting with people, and I am a big fan of Sci-Fi!

I am passionate about safety in my role as a Religious Educator. I have focused much of my work on building policy and procedure, creating a system of documentation, and educating my congregation about these policies. I am very organized and believe that necessary information should be readily and easily accessible. I believe in accountability and upholding our standards. I have built the website for my R.E. Program and much of my policy work, organization, and the trainings I have created can be found there.
